2012 is really a big year for BMX, BMX racing is in the Olympics, Bike parks are being built all over the country even rodies and fixies are getting their BMX on doing trick and riding dirt. There a bunch of new and innovative bikes on the market and a few retros but I think I just saw the best promo video for a bmx bike sofar this year in this “How I Roll” bike by Stussy!! Peep the description from Stussy, I’m sure you old school riders will either love it or hate it lol. Personally I’m loving the bike and video but I know I hate that $1200 price tag their selling it for, I’d rather pay for a refurb of a real oldschool bike if I’m gonna spend that kind of money.
Straight from Japan and just in time for summer, Stussy and W-Line present the 2nd Edition of the “How I Roll” racer BMX bike. This old school inspired 20-inch custom bike is styled after original bikes from the early 1980s highlighted by a classic blue and white checkered frame pad. Premium features include NITTO handlebars and seat post, Kashimax RS saddle and DIA-COMPE components capped off with some fresh Stussy graphics. The “How I Roll” video shows the Stussy x W-line racer in action from the streets to the track.
