I’m really feeling this joint “The Great Recession” by Ras Kass, this is that real conscious HipHop that we need more of nowadays 4sho! The video is dope and the beat bangs hard. I also like the way they used that Onyx sample in the hook. BUT… I would’ve rather heard a 2nd vers by Ras instead of Doc Hollywood…I wasn’t feeling his vers at all in this one. He should’ve followed Ras Kass’s lead and come right and exact with his bars…but that’s my humble opinion, what do you think?
