I dunno where I was when this joint dropped back in June of 2012 but I’m so glad I stumbled across this gem! This song “The Quickening Arts” by Quadir Lateef is so dope, dude goes IN with the bars wand the wordplay over this supa dope beat produced by Covert! I just checked out his mixtape “Rebel Forces”, yo dude got joints 4sho and he’s an emcee that’s about something!!! I gotta do some research on Quadir Lateef he’s up next, don’t sleep!….
