The AbSoulJah (@TheAbSoulJah) – Ninety Something – #HipHop

I got a nice dose of real HipHop today when I checked out this new joint called “Ninety Something” by New York emcee The AbSoulJah. That banging, neck cracking, boom bap, early 90’s sounding beat was nicely crafted by Gabz of Le Gouffre, I love that jazz piano, filtered bass sound, it never gets old to me. The sax sample was a nice touch too, that really takes me back, Saxophone samples were used heavily back in those early 90’s HipHop beats.  DJ Safe did his thing with the cuts and scratches on this joint, it’s always  good to hear cuts on a HipHop track.  The AbSoulJah’s bars are tight on this joint too,  This Is HipHop and I’m loving it!! The video was shot and edited by Greek Gospel
