Whenever I see new music or videos released by New Orleans emcee Dee-1 I get excited. This dude has consistently been using his pen to open minds and make people think. His latest release “Accountability Partners” and another example of much of a dope artist he is. In the song Dee-1 speaks on being accountable for your actions even your passive or in-action. It’s a well written story about our actions can lead to bad results, not just for us but for others.
Now the beat that was crafted for this song was don by 5th Child and it’s a beautiful blend of sounds laced with a boom bap beat and a cool 808 pattern. The chorus features the vocals of Alexis Jones & Ambush. I’m loving every thing about this tune..This is HipHop
