I saw this amazing looking dirt jumper while browsing the web and I had to share it with ya’ll! The bike is called the Destroyer by Reeb Cycles and as I looked at the photos i realized that the bike was belt driven, how cool is that!! Now peep this….. the material used for the belt is carbon fiber….yeah carbon fiber!!! Now I’ve seen belt driven bike before but never thought there would be a belt drive good enough for a dirt jumper! The company behind the belt drive componets is Gates Carbon Drive

The need to soak up large rollers & still boost lip to berm transitions at the Oskar Blues Hops & Heifers Farm created REEB’s first 650b bike while the 26″ version is ready for full flight. The Destroyer’s short chainstays create the quick & flickable rear end while the DJ inspired tubeset gives you confidence to huck ze gnar. The Frame is welded locally by Chris “Soultrain” Sulfrian with True Temper OX Platinum tubing, which means it’s 100% American Made. We use a stout 44mm Paragon Head tube with a unique hand mounted REEB Head Badge. The Frame is Gates Carbon Drive compatible, the Paragon Machine Works dropouts keep everything 100% American and allows derailleur hanger options along with standard quick release or 12mm X 142mm rear axle.~ReebCycles
Another cool thing about Reeb Cycles is their bikes are hand built and 100% American made and they also make BMX bikes.! I wonder if they’ll use that carbon drive for their bmx line, that would be cool. If your ever in ColoRADo, look them up!!
