I always get hyped when I find out new music by The Hue gets released. This dope collective of Huston Texas HipHop group H.I.S.D. and soul R&B group Radio Galaxy make some really great music. Their latest single/music video is for a smooth track called “Slick” which features miss Cool Like That/Rebirth Of Slick herself, HipHop legend Ladybug Mecca (Of Digable Planets). I’m loving the vibes on this joint, if your a real HipHop head you’ll understand what I mean. This is good music!! The only thing is it would’ve been really dope if Mecca spit an actual verse on this joint….maybe for the remix?!?! Please!!! The video was stylishly directed by Damien Randle for illmannered Media. THIS IS HIPHOP, I LOVE IT!!!!
