R2-SL1200 - Star Wars x HipHop Mashup by Artbot138

HipHop culture and Geek culture collide again in this dope Star Wars/HipHop inspired piece called R2-SL 1200! It’s basically a mash up of two icons, R2-D2 from the Star Wars franchise and the legendary Technics Sl-1200. If you don’t already know the Technics Sl-1200 were the go to turntable for all HipHop Djs, they’re still in use till this day.

R2-SL1200 stands at 3.75″ and is hand cast and painted and it comes with an actual vintage 7″ record with the Artbot138custom label. This is a NYCC exclusive. Hopefully we’ll get to see it at the event before its gone.

While digging in the basement of one New York's finest record stores – I was able to unearth a few rare Turkish bootleg imports. These are bonkers rare. The domestic version sold out at SDCC. This will be your last chance to own one (I've been told by those in the know that these are the only two releases that were ever made). They'll be available at DKE Toy's booth during NYCC.
