We spotted these resin figures with some cool tricycles called “Ape Hangers”! The pieces are made by designer toy maker and Towooz art collective member Noel Roh. The Ape Hanger pieces are based off of Noel Roh’s 6-inch “Bucket Rocket & Tricycle” resin figures. The inspiration on the Ape Hanger pieces came from the flying monkeys from Wizard of Oz but this time the monkeys have tricycles to ride instead of wings. We’re also digging the street style of the figures with their baggy hoodies and boots.
Noel debuted Ape Hanger at the recent Taipei Toy Festival and word has it that they’ll be available at Fifty Fifty Store in the near future.
