De La Soul – Memory of… (US) ft. Estelle, Pete Rock

We’re loving this new video “Memory Of Us” by HipHop Legends De La Soul! The song features vocals by Estelle who also stars in the video as a woman who reflects on her past relationships before she walks down the aisle to get married. The legendary Pete Rock opens the video as the host of “Nobody Theater” as he describes what the video is about. Pos and Dove play Estelle’s old flames and they spit bars about the good times of the past as well as what went wrong. It’s a really well written song and we love how the video goes perfectly with the video.
If you didn’t already know De La’s album “Anonymous Nobody” debuted as No. 1 Rap Album this year! That’s wassup!
Also big shout out to actor Stephen Hill who played the groom in the video….we see you!!! 🙂
