While everyone is gossiping about some chatty patty diss record that does nothing substantial for HipHop culture, Joey Baba$$ released the song/video of the year (so far) with “Land Of The Free”. For us here at SugarCayne it’s all about content when it come to bars, now more than ever. With the constant dumbing down of the art in the commercial arena, it’s nice to see a real emcee slip through and drop some conscious bars on the masses! Visually and lyrically Joey addresses some real topics in an creative way. It doesn’t matter if you agree or disagree with Joey’s views, hopefully folks can be mature enough to have a real dialogue about the subject….but who are w kidding in this day and age smh….. Anyways Salute to Joey, Pro Era and all involved in this one….THIS IS HIPHOP!!!
