We’re loving the look of the 2017 BSD Kriss Kyle “Passenger” frames! The full 4130 chromoly frames come with some cool, retro decals, making them stand out from usual BMX frames in this category. The head tube angle comes in at a steep 75° head tube angle for all that nose manual and g-turn action 😉 a 69° degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 9″ standover height and a short 13.2″ – 13.625″ chainstay length…. Your bunny hop game will be lit on this badboy! Other features of the Passenger are the internally relieved Integrated heat tube, top and down tube gussets, integrated seat post clamp, Mid bottom bracket, crazy wide rear triangle to fit those over sized modern day tires, removable brake mounts and new Investment Cast 7mm thick dropouts with integrated chain tensioners.
The 2017 Passenger V3 frame is available in 20.2″, 20.5″, 20.8″, 21.1″ and 21.5″ top tube lengths. Finally somebody is thinking about riders who want more room on their street/park bikes, salute to BSD for the 21.5″ size option! FYI the 21.5″ version comes in a longer 13.4″ – 13.825″ chainstay which sounds like to perfect size for taller riders!.
The Passenger comes in 3 dope colorways Flat Gold with brown/maroon/orange decals, Stainless with sky blue/blue/black decals and Gloss Black with Yellow/orange/red decals. Our favorite one is the Flat Gold colorway but that black one is at a close 2nd in looks. The frame weights a hefty 4.9 LBS….. well hefty to me because I ride an alumninum frame that weights 3+pounds lol 😉 They’re available at BMX shops and mail-orders that carry BSD worldwide around $309.99 – $329.99 depending on color.
