We saw this custom 1988 Redline RL 20-II Prostyler the other day on Facebook and had to make it Bike Of The Day. This build comes from Mike Carmody out of Virginia. The chrome/white color combo on this bike looks so sick.
“In 1984, Redline unveiled the RL 20 Prostyler. I fell in love. Shortly after, Redline unveiled the 20-II Prostyler, and my life changed. Of course, at $700, I knew better than to even think of asking my father for one. Alas, I settled for far less. Ultimately, I was able to snag an 85 Haro Sport from a friend for $100. After that, I ride many bikes, but the RL 20-II remained my dream Holy Grail. I was blessed to get the 88 frame/fork/bars less than a year ago, and I began building it piece by piece. You can watch the complete build in my YouTube video series called “Unbelievable Grails”. You can also join my Facebook page by the same name. It is my honor to be chosen as The Bike Of The Day. Thank you for looking!” ~Mike Carmody
