Art and Fashion meet as Converse released a set of blank DIY Chuck Taylor’s that come with a set of coloring markers. Their calling them the “Nurie,” which is the Japanese translation of “draw” or “color”. The sneaker feature an allover print of “Converse” branding on the uppers in outlined block letters. The eyelets, laces and midsole are white.
Converse’s Chuck Taylor logo is stamped on the medial sides. Another feature on the kicks are two the vents placed above the footbridge. And to get you started on your custom colorway creation, a set of red, yellow and blue markers are included with each pair. It’ll be interesting to see what people come up with on these sneakers.
