Converse has a vibrant Chuck 70 Hi “Nor’Easter” pack which gets its colorful inspiration from the map patterns of nor’easter storms. Three pairs of Converse Chuck 70 Hi sneakers get the wavy storm map pattern treatment in different color combinations. “Winter White/Pink Lavender,” “Starlight Blue/Love Potion,” and “Storm Front/Yellow Cream.” The “Storm Front” is the closest colorway to the real storm map, with its gray, red, orange, and yellow waves on the upper.
All the kicks are made from felt but the “Winter White/Pink Lavender” uses a rubberized overlay for a glossy effect which is pretty cool
The “Starlight Blue/Love Potion” and “Storm Front/Yellow Cream” are my favorite colorways. I was never really a big pink fan but the mix of colors on the Starlight and Storm look dope!! Each pair of sneakers are finished with a co-molded outsole that is said to represent Boston in the winter.
