Eric Spears dropped some pics of a special one off Shawn Texas tribute project he’s working on. It’s Truth BMX Shawn Texas “T-Bone” replica and it looks sick!! It would be sick if Truth BMX did a small run of these though.
If you know of Shawn texas you might know he had signature series White Bear frame that was called the t-bone. I wanted to do a retro frame so I had this frame made off of the TRUTH main event frames specs. I wanted to build a retro bike and I thought this would be a awesome. I wanted to show this to Shawn Texas at the Grand a few years ago but my battery was dead so I couldn’t show him. I just cleared over the powder coating more importantly to save the decals I have all the parts to throw this together. I can’t wait to see this built up especially with the new school gumball tires.
