A I AM Cook 20″ in a sick two tone raw candy blue colorway is today’s Bike Of The Day! It’s another treat submitted by Aoki Gahara. I like how he put the little yellow parts to compliments the yellow “AM” on the downtube decal. I’m diggin this one!
So, I went with this custom frame after some real disappointment with another, very happy that I did as this frame is everything I had hoped for. It is Tony Cook’s model 477, build number 007, his 53rd frame… I liked his humble nature, the way he explained things and his slightly different take on specs as opposed to the same old published numbers everyone goes by. Hope to buy another this year! Feels like I could have done more, but so it goes. Still came out at 18.8# on my scale, pretty light for a steel frame based ride.
