Crazy Al Cayne
Back in 2019 after I designed the Sugar Cayne 20in and 24in frames, I decided to design a Dirt Jumper. I’ve always wanted a dirt jumper and since I was already designing BMX frames, I thought I might as well design a DJ. Fast forward 5 years and I was finally able to bring my first dirt jumper to life. This is the first Sugar Cayne DJ Prototype sample and I got it as a complete because I eventually would like to offer it as a complete. But I can’t afford to offer the bike with the top of the line parts so I got it with some slightly above average stock parts. I love the way it came out and I’m super excited to take it to all the spots.
The trails were too wet to ride but I really wanted to ride. So I went to Long Beach Boardwalk for a little distance ride. After that I went to Long Beach Skatepark for a session.
