IGN recently posted a new trailer for the upcoming Turbo Kid BMX platform video game. The game is based off the 2015 movie of the same name! Turbo Kid was a movie set in a 1997 post-apocalyptic wasteland where a comic book fan adopts the persona of his favorite hero to save his friend. It’s not an 100% BMX game, it also has the standard platform game features and functions.
Press Release:
Hop on your trusty BMX and get ready to survive the dangerous wasteland in this release date trailer for Turbo Kid, an upcoming Metroidvania game based on the movie. The latest trailer for Turbo Kid showcases various locations you’ll explore, bloody combat action, and more! Turbo Kid will be available on April 10, 2024, and a new demo comes to Steam on February 23, 2024.
Ok soooo….. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this film. I just watched the trailer for the original film and it looks insane! It’s a super gory action, adventure, comedy and yes there’s BMX in it. The movie actually won 22 awards. There’s even a sequel in the works. I dunno where I was when this movie came out in 2015 but I’m gonna check it out ASAP!
Let me know in the comments if you saw this flick when it came out.
