Sugar Cayne
It’s about to be that time for the annual Sugar Cayne Bike Fest!! Now in its 6th year in a row it will be returning to the track where it all started T.R.A.C.K BMX in Trumbull Connecticut! This installment of the SCBF will continue its tradition of holding multiple off road cycling competitions for all bike types and skill levels. The family fun event will feature grass roots competitions like Longest Skid, Bunny Hop, Time Trials, Long Jump, Wheelie, relay races and more. We also have different age groups (9&Under, 10-15, 16&Over and 35&Over)that we’ll be rewarding after some of the competitions. You can compete on a BMX, BMX Racing, MTB, Fat bike, Cyclocross and even a trials bike. Or you can bring multiple bikes and use a different one for each competition 🙂
Gates open at 10am, registration is from 10-11:30, competitions start at 12pm and we’ll be wrapping things up at around 4pm–ish 😉
We’re gonna be putting a new spin on some of regular comps and we’ll be introducing some new competitions 🙂

-(New) Big Wheel-Wheelie Race (29″ Bike wheelie race around the track)
-(New) Old School BMX Race (80’s BMX Race Bikes Only)
-(NEW) Full suspension MTB Race (Full Suspension MTB only)
-(New) BMX Cosplay, “Best Costume” contest.
Other Activities
-Vintage/Mid/Modern BMX Show. (Bring out your fresh builds and show them off for the crowd. We want to see all era builds..especially vintage 🙂
-Bicycle Swap Meet. Looking to Buy, sell , swap? This will be the event to do it at!!
-Open track practice
