South African artist Karabo Poppy and Nike By You linked up for an Air Force 1 Low collection. The inspiration behind Poppy’s designs are based on the vibrant colors found in traditional African beaded bracelets. The inspiration is also inspired by the multitude of beauty salon posters that can be found on the streets of Johannesburg, Poppy’s home town.
