Today’s product spotlight is a BMX brand out of Wisconsin called Fate Products. The brand was founded by Matt Kocher and it’s been growing year after year. Find out more about Fate products below.
About:
Fate Products pretty much started in 2006 in central Wisconsin. I got the idea of making some hats and T-shirts with only a few hundred bucks. After I started with A small run I started a local BMX team I had about eight people on it and picked up some cosponsors. Within six years it started to pick up more momentum.
Fast forward to 2016 I decided to make two sample frames one race and one that was a race/trail hybrid type frame both were made out of Chromoly and a small run of handlebars. Now in 2018 I decided I was going to redesign the race frame to actually do a production run which we got in at the beginning of 2020.
We are currently working on aluminum race frame, a few freestyle frames and more Components.Besides having a Chromoly race frames in stock we also have I integrated headset in 1-18” & tapered 1-1/8×1-1/2”, Headset spacer kits and new soft goods.We do have a small race team and also sponsoring Matt Shaw and Shawn Arata (will have a signature frame that we are currently working on) for our freestyle team right now.
