“Sacred Safe”, one of my favorite songs off of Quelle Chris‘s album “Innocent Country 2”. The song features Merrill Garbus, Cavalier and the great Homeboy Sandman!! I had this joint on repeat all day when I first heard it!
Sacred Safe is the physical, mental or spiritual place you go when you don’t want to be reached by others. Be it depression, stress/exhaustion or the many other reasons. Be it in your best interest or your worst. You just want to be away. Protected from help or/and hurt. Sort of a fortress of solitude that can be both external and internal.
