The folks over at Mongoose have finally brought back the classic Supergoose and California Special!! It’s all part of their new “Classics” series coming this fall!
Out of all the legendary BMX brands embracing their heritage with retro, re pop and re-issue bikes, Mongoose was the brand we were waiting for! We were super excited when Mongoose did the vintage inspired Stranger Things bike and since then we’ve been dying for something like this!

Supergoose $550:
The new replica Supergoose is designed around the popular 1984 “loop-tail” frame. Just Like the 1984 Supergoose, this new one features 100% 4130 chromoly tubing and the classic alloy drilled Pro Class Rims. Specs on the bike match the original including Dia-Compe brakes, Dia-Compe levers and Pro Class handlebars. It’ll come in either Chome/blue or Chrome/black colorways.

Mongoose’s new California Special is a tribute to the brand’s original design from 1983. The specs on this bike will also match the original! It features a 1983-inspired Hi-Ten frame design, distinct handlebar layout, Dia-Compe brakes, Dia-Compe levers, and alloy Pro Class wheels. Mongoose is even bringing back the classic wrapped in snake belly tires. Pro Series pads on the handlebars and top tube completes the look.
