In the third installment of my BMX training series I hit the streets on my Sugar Cayne 20″ and tried to go harder with my sprints. I was pretty out of it to begin with but I tried to push myself anyway. I got a few decent sprints in and they wiped me out. But I did feel some improvements from my last session. I need get more consistent with these sessions to get my fitness level back up.
