The Compound in Palm Bay Florida might be getting a new BMX race complex in the future. Justin Travis, the director of new track development for USA BMX, says they are in early discussion stages with Palm Bay on making it a reality.
The concept rendering shows a BMX track with a big pump track located in the infield. There are also spots where the pump track intersects with the BMX track. It’s not the final drawing, it was just used as a concept. They are in the middle of early discussion about facility. The sanctioned USA BMX bicycle race facility would be the first of its kind in Brevard County.
All of the concept drawings are from the recent USA BMX All Wheel track that they’re making in Port St. Lucie
The fate of Palm Bay’s Compound remains up in the air after decades of turning into a vast wasteland, but a new project is being discussed that could utilize some of the land for BMX racing and become an economic driver along the way.

All Wheel BMX Track?
The term “All Wheel” means all types wheel sports, on or off road. That means the BMX tracks proposed for The Compound and Port St. Lucie are gonna be 100% paved! What are your thoughts on that? leave your comments in the comment section below.
