Los Angeles Laker, Rui Hachimura has been working closely with Jordan Brand to create unique colorways of Air Jordan kicks. For 2025, he’ll be bringing a new vision to life on his “Cranes” Air Jordan 1 Low OG. This time he’s going for an Oatmeal colorway.
Hachimura dropped a black “Cranes” pair a couple years ago and now this “Oatmeal” version of the kicks will be dropping. He taps into his Japanese heritage as the inspiration for this design. It features sakura and cranes across its upper. Dark gray Swooshes with matching heel tabs make a bold contrast. A golden outline goes around the Swoosh and there’s a gum outsole to complete the look. You can see there was a lot of attention to details on the color choice and the art on the upper.
There’s no set release date for this kicks yet as of this article. But rumor has it to be sometime during spring of 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers. The price is expected to be around $160 USD.
You know all I’m thinking is, “I’d love to scuff em up while shredding on my bike” lol!
