Hip Hop Toyz just released their first comedian inspired art toy figure! Russell Peters is the featured comedian and this peice was made to celebrate the start of Russell’s mega word tour whih started in January 3rd 2025. Russell traveled to over 10 different countries from USA to Europe to Australia to Asia for the tour. The figure features Russell in a B-Boy stance wearing an all black Rock Steady Crew outfit. Russell’s name is done in the classic Wild Style graffiti style on brick wall which reprenets Hip Hop and stand up comedy. More times than not, you’ll see comedians performing at venues that have brick walls behind the stage and I thought that was a nice touch.

Some interesting backstory – For those that follow Russell you know he is an avid fan of hiphop and an accomplished DJ in his own right. We made the deal for this figure backstage at a GZA show in LA where Russell was the guest DJ performing with GZA and his band. ~Hip Hop Toyz
