South African BMX Pro Miyanda Maseti Qualifies For Pump Track Worlds 2025

Miyanda Maseti wins Pump Track Worlds qualifier in Cape Town

Professional South African women’s BMX racer Miyanda Maseti won the UCI Pump Track Worlds Qualifier in Cape Town! That means she gets to compete against the worlds best BMX and MTB riders at the 2025 Pump Track World Championship later this year in Switzerland! I’m pretty sure this is Miyanda’s 2nd or third time qualifying for the Pump Track Worlds But with her experience and training from competing in the 2024 Olympic Games in women’s BMX , she may see herself at the top of the podium this time around. Stay tuned!

Fun Fact:

Miyanda also competed in Women’s BMX racing at the 2024 Olympics making her the first black South African woman to compete in BMX racing at the Olympics games! 🙂
