BMX Bike Riding Is A Great Way To Workout

A BMX bike is one of the best ways to get some god exercise, especially if you know how to do some tricks. Every trick or extra skill you learn on a BMX bike can be made into a exercise routine to keep you fit and healthy while also having fun. So I made a little edit of one of my rides to show you how I get workout on. I also mix it with some of the basics like push ups and sit ups. I think I’ll make more videos like this.

  • Did some sprints on the boardwalk for some cardio

  • Did some pump laps in the bowl full body workout
  • Railing the berm lip
  • got a little air off vert
  • Did some should shrug sets out the hip
  • Concrete dubs

  • More tucking
  • Lil table
  • POV dubs and a lil hip pump action
  • another set of concrete dubs
  • GUT LEVER FOR THAT CORE, Gotta do those
  • 180 tail tap
  • tail taps for the leg, back and balance
  • And taking in the views during that cool down ride
