A BMX bike is one of the best ways to get some god exercise, especially if you know how to do some tricks. Every trick or extra skill you learn on a BMX bike can be made into a exercise routine to keep you fit and healthy while also having fun. So I made a little edit of one of my rides to show you how I get workout on. I also mix it with some of the basics like push ups and sit ups. I think I’ll make more videos like this.
