#SpittinInDaWip alumi Stahhr dropped some real HipHop heat with her latest video/single “Oh My Gonzales”. The song feature fire bars from Ekundayo and another Spittin In Da Wip alumni, John Robinson. The video was directed by Nick Burnz. This Is HipHop!!

“On My Gonzales” is Atlanta-based mc/lyrical alchemist/DOOM affiliate staHHr’s latest video from her “Mother Nature with a Molotov: Molotov Season” album. Joined by lyrical heavyweights John Robinson (Scienz of Life) and Ekundayo (L.I.U.N.S. Den), the trio lace this Floyd the Locsmif track with clever wordplay, smooth delivery and quotables for days. The title of the song comes from a line in staHHr’s verse, where she coins the phrase “on my Gonzales” in reference to one “being focused, handling biz, doing their job, etc”. Director Nick Burnz interweaves elements of “Golden Era” hip hop with live perfomance footage, playing off of the organic energy of the song and the undeniable and familial chemisty of staHHr, JR and Ekundayo.
