Streetmachine x Lakai Griffin, The City We Skate (@lakaiLTD)

Copenhagen-based Streetmachine linked up with Lakai Limited Footwear to release a street-ready version of the Griffin Silhouette. Their calling it “The City We Skate” which is a play on Lakai’s tagline. The design of the sneakers are inspired by the cobbled streets, green park benches, and old architecture of Copenhagen and it came out really smooth. The kicks have a nice grey suede upper and pale olive at the side logo and heel. There’s also a grid pattern on the upper that adds a nice flavor to these kicks too, like I said….Smooth!! And you already know skate sneakers also work great on flat pedals so I’m pretty sure they’re good for riding with too 😉
