The folks at Vans‘ Classics division made these dope 90′s grunge inspired kicks called the “Distressed Plaid” pack. Vans crafted their Old Skool, Sk8-Hi Reissue, and Era 59 in two plaid-inspired options but we were only really diggin one style. The Sk8-Hi and the Era 59 are both done with red/white/blue or washed grey/black mini-checks but the grey/black joints were the stand out bangers between the two in our opinion. The Old Skool only comes in grey/black which is fine with us. Be on the look out for these bad boys early March online or at select Vans stockists.
Ok so after looking at this red/white/blue a little longer, it’s looking pretty fresh too.
