Crazy Al Cayne takes us on a behind the scenes tour of the Rapacon/DJ-Con HipHop culture event that went down in Mt. Vernon last month. He captured footage of the Rapacon crew setting up the massive DJ section for the DJ-Con then he went to check out the street concert section, the panels and the Rapathon.
