BMX: GO FOR IT 1977 STYLE

Dans Comp Team Manager Scott Towne made this cool video of a couple kids having fun on some vintage BMX Bikes. Scott used a nice filtered effect to make the video look like it came off a vintage reel to reel camera from the 70’s. A bunch of vintage BMX bikes were showcased at the begining like classic Moto Mag, Webco and others. The kids had on open face helmets with jofa face mask on, long sleeve t-shirt jerseys and jeans. This is what the pioneers of BMX wore back in the day. Scott even had a vintage Dodge van in the video. The best part was watching the kids riding a make shift wooden jump on the vintage bikes. We all know how collectors get about thier vintage BMX bikes (most don’t ride them and some don’t even let the tires touch the ground let alone ride them lol) so it was great to see them in action. It doen’t get more pure than this, shout out to Scott for making this!
