      • The black on black and the red over grey are both FIRE. These bikes are tight and I don’t think that can be denied by anyone and I’m really digging those Pride forks. (Stylin)

      • I think this frameset is trick. I want a 26” really bad and this one is rad. There is something that stands out to me , that being the 120 mm spacing in the rear. I’ve always believed that a Bmx’s spacing is 110mm and a mtb or road frame would be the 120 mentioned on this frame. Now I haven’t done a deep search but the bmx rear hubs I’ve found are all 110. I be interested to know if I’m just way off base or there is reason for that spacing and what it is. I am a huge fan of any new and cool so I’m interested to know what hubs these fellas were running for the 3+ years of testing. Unless I’m completely wrong about the spacing and I’m wrong often hahaha. I love the raw finish 🤙🏼

        • I’m pretty sure they 120mm is to make room for running gears but there are a bunch of single speed hub choices out there since bikes like DJ’s run single or 10 speeds. And yep BMX bikes are 110mm

          • I thank you Sir. But I’m done for the day. My goal is to learn at least one cool thing everyday for the rest of my life and I just achieved my daily goal. 🥅 hahaha . Yes I could go for more but there is MUCH ADUE ABOUT NOTHING. 😆 LOL. Seriously thank you my friend. It makes perfect sense NOW but I honestly didn’t know that Bmx single speed hubs were made in 120 size. I can’t blame it on the rain and it’s a tragedy to see the 110 only run is Oooverrrrrr. See what I did there (Milly Vanilly babyyyyyyy) hahahaha – I think this frame set is on point now that I know more of why it’s design features are what they are , I just like it that much more. Thank you for that 🤙🏼

      • Bil,,, RIGHT‼️ until this write up, I had never heard of RuffBikeCo. Which is not a big deal, there are always brands popping up, but this outfit has got their game dialed and I am a bit surprised that I’ve not heard of them. This is just one MORE of the many reasons why SUGARCAYNE is what it is to me. Non stop insight to the freshest up and coming and the underground. This is definitely a Radical Rig. 🤙🏼

      • I watched this on my tele along with a bunch of others all of which were just as rad. This one was/is very cool because until I saw it I had no idea that this track turned right on the 1st burm, that little tid bit of factulization (yeah that’s right, I made that word up) is just super cool in of itself. The Purple, the purple I like. I was iffy at 1st but I grew on me and I also this it make the riders pop. In every image I’ve seen of any racer on any of the Purple burms they are crystal clear. So I don’t know if that was the goal of choosing this color but as far as video clarity, it works. I would have gone with Robins Egg or pms color 297c (SE team blue) I think haha. That green in Brazil was also wicked awsome. But the list of cool facts was the highlight of this whole shabang for me. Absolute perfection, I really dig when you put one these together with your commentary on EVERYTHING makes for a very entertaining experience & episode. I think for anyone, not just a super fan so keep’’em coming please.🤙🏼.

      • No Waaaaaay‼️ my 1st “Ultimate Budget Build Race Bike” attempt 😂 LOL. I think I did pretty good collecting the parts. It takes a lil time but if you’re willing or have the time, to wait then it’s a bit easier to find what you want at a ridiculous price. That is probably OR was my biggest motivation. The cost of it all. We all know that rising costs aren’t going anywhere and the manufacturers of our beloved bikes and parts are keenly aware of it as well, (business 101) AND I think it’s safe to say we all understand that it costs a lot to bring the latest & greatest to market so there is an understanding (although I’ll never understand $500+ forks) REALLY ‼️……hahaha – oh man where was I , oh yeah – budget build extravaganza…… I sent this in to showcase what I think is Ripping Style. My goal is to assemble something that really knocks my socks off. A carbon racer like a JOSH or PROPHECY or maybe a steel beam dream like a I AM COOK ….. aw man , OR my favorite , CURTIS ….. if I ever got my hands on one of those two, I’d have to save up and go all out LOL 😆 . Anyway, this is what Ripping Style looks like to me. Keep those tires in the air🤙🏼

      • Crazy Al, you absolutely NAILED IT‼️ Cruisin down the street on 0h’- 8 , jumpin the ditches , slashin some burns ………. Ahhhhhh hahahaha!!!!! This baby is a full on cruiser and is crazy comfy (at least the stand over is). The seat,,,, not so much but it didn’t cost anything soooo yeah. I’d love to have one of those crazy big seats that you see on ladies beach bikes haha…. But they don’t come in a pivotal configuration.

      • ONE STEP BEYOND ‼️ I know that’s out of left field but just listened to that song by Madness. Felix, your words are kind my friend and I appreciate them. 🤙🏼

      • Felix my friend, I don’t think truer words have ever been spoken about this incredible website. Crazy Al has created something amazing and I truly feel is well on its way of becoming the powerhouse of BMX and other dope treats. He has compiled a handful of the RADEST subjects seamlessly. HIPHOP, sneakers/fashion , BMX , ART , toys are not immediately thought of as having anything to do with the other, UNTIL you come to this website and it all suddenly makes sense. It really is fascinating and I just want to be a part of it by participating in all the various ways Crazy Al has created. And you are not lying Bro…….. CRACKER has some aaaaaamazing bikes and builds. His I AM COOK is definitely my favorite and will probably be bike of the year. That fella that welds up those frame sets has a great eye. His forks are (this is just my opinion) but I think I AM COOK forks are the raddest for out there. I also completely agree with SUGARCAYNE being a place where ego’s & attitudes are checked at the door so we are left with nothing but like minded BMX lovers that also appreciate all the dope treats.
Thanks Felix and I can’t wait to see your completed bike and the whole finished product. Your ideas are siiiiick and will definitely be a head turner.
        ONE LOVE
