That’s wild. I feel like there just aren’t enough people riding bikes for these big umbrella companies to sustain their bottom line with all of their sponsorships. I think it’s probably reached a breaking point and now they are restructuring their business model at least when it comes to advertising. My thinking is that the internet has completely flipped the way products are sold in that , it used to be based on a riders skill and ability to win contests but now (and maybe I’m wrong hahaha) but it sure seems like a person who’s really popular on a social media platform can somehow sell more of something they know nothing about…… well at least that’s what I think these companies are thinking. And if that’s true, I would like to say , L A M E‼️. It weirds me out , how impressionable people are.

I think A Lot of it has to do with all the talk of the tariffs coming. Companies that manufacture overseas are gonna have to lighten the load if they want to turn a profit in the next few years. And any brand that’s owned by a publicly traded company will be victims to the Shareholders bottom line.

Haro is done with BMX sponsorships for now. All those riders have to look for new sponsors now.
