    • Shine the LIGHT all DAY on this sweet thang!!!! You can’t go wrong with a DAYLIGHT. I’m a big fan of “surprise me”. I do it at restaurants but on a bike color scheme, that’s definitely something I would LOVE to do. Mad Props ✊🏼 . Daylight definitely knocked it out of the park with their choices. Stunning bike🤙🏼

    • I was thinking the same thing because of the incredibly long list of options Daylight offers. They were given free reign to do whatever they wanted (but I’m sure there was a cap on it) some of the options are crazy expensive, like the brushed swirling they put directly on the frame prior to painting……..oh my god that’s cool. Even still, if think (I’m not 100% sure) but I do think the silver isn’t just plane ol silver. In one pic, it seems to be pearled which looks different at every angle. They nailed it and I agree, the lil touches with the hardware just finish it off proper. I think it’s BECAUSE Daylight offers so many options, every time I see one I’m looking to see some wild & unique paint scheme. This is proper 🤙🏼

    • Low budget bikes are my thing. I got a handful of bikes that I have put together and the fun in it for me is finding what I think is cool for a price that’s even cooler or trade. Money, I don’t have, but that’s ok because luckily for me….. I dig on the used market and there is plenty to choose from. For instance, I recently put together a CHASE RSP 3.0 24” pro cruiser complete for waaaaaay less than a modern frame. It took a while to save but there lies the fun in it for me. BUT…… it is all white and black and that’s cool but what I wanna do is what you were saying, something with the finish and I don’t know if I’ve got the guts to strip it down to bare metal and do the machining swirls but you got me thinking , if I could figure a way to clear it and have it look proper then I might but like you said…. That ain’t so easy. (Without spending $$$). Anyway, I went off on a tangent because I saw you wrote that you yourself are working on a budget build and I got all amped up hahahaha. Best of luck on your project and I hope it turns out the way you want it to.

    • Thanks for the love bro. More treats coming to the site soon. It’s been a lil hectic over here. Definitely submit your bike to Bike Of The Day when it’s finished. Sounds like it’s gonna be a sick build.

    • Felix my friend, we got a LOT in common. Medical BS is unfortunately one thing…… BUT this site is another and like you said, this website consists of a lot of the things I enjoy so for me, it helps me. I don’t dwell on stuff I don’t like. It helps me keep my PMA or my pos. mental attitude. Hahahaha / I can’t believe you scored that Haro for such a rad deal and I can’t get over how good of a deal you’re able to get those cranks for. I’m gonna catch up with you on the message board tomorrow, it’s getting late here and my wife has been keeping me from finishing this message that your reading hahahahaha….. I started this message 3hrs ago LOL‼️ I will catch you later my friend 🤙🏼

    • This frame is FIRE. I’m getting a YESS vibe from this frame and the two wrap around plates, reinforcing the top and bottom of the head tube look amazing. I like how that looks. I’m a big fan of fixed dropouts and maybe they are common place on a DJ frame but it’s still rad to see. This set up looks fun, Particularly for a racer. It looks dialed in and ready to be thrown around. Beautiful bike🤙🏼
