Hey @supercrossbmx what’s your take on this?

Wow great article @Sugarcayne – the dropouts on todays BMX Frames have come a long way from what they were. And I don’t think we are done. We tried to do the simple flip chip as an update to Meybo’s locked in one position that was stolen from MTB bikes, and now Comencial is stealing from us with the flip chips, which is all great innovation.

Wow, reading the comments I think I should spend more time describing our parts on the website rather than answering phone calls and e-mails!! I think we left off a little bit of detail. I will have to fix that! Multitasking here I come – FRESH POT

I really like my Concord V3 dropouts although i had to adapt for 140mm discs due to clearance. My son has the GT and its probably my favorite for removal and install. The staystrong v4 is actually pretty awful. I have one…Disc adapter comes off when axle pulled, cant run the furthest screw on the plate because you cant clear a hub by it and the adapter and thats using staystrong hubs too. Their brake adapter doesn’t work with most hubs either.

Of course I have love for Gunslinger but unfortunately I forgot about it’s unique dropout. No worries though. I’ll be working on a part two to this video and I’ll also be adding the Gunslinger to the Most Unique dropouts chart. BUT make sure you show support and become a member of the site. From there you can message me with some of the details you’d like for me to add when I put it on the list.

I’m just gonna say it , MARSHAL’s SR71 BLACKBIRD has the most innovative & adjustable franken-fixed rear drop out there. It’s jaw dropping gorgeous and just mean looking. I’m approaching this comment with the belief that we are slowly being forced into female axle hubs and with that said I have to say that MEYBO & DEADFAST have what I believe to be the most elegant looking drops we could possibly have on a BMX frame. The fixed drop, and I’m speaking only about the truly fixed drop outs, not drops with the flip chips. The fixed drop out is so clean and dialed looking I have to favor it the most. I believe that with the optional stay lengths I hope become a thing, the fixed drop will be the norm. I see it as a zero issue rear and literally the strongest possible rear a bike could have. Minimalistic Beauty 🤙🏼

I hear ya bro but I’m loving it. Not to mention there are a ton of the standard dropout options available so it’s all good.
